Logging Into The Scaling With Systems Course Portal
When you sign up for any of our courses and programs, you will be given login details for your account on the Scaling With System Portal.
Immediately after you sign up, we will send you an email with your account details attached, and a link to the login page.
What If I Don't Receive My Login Information By Email?
If you don't receive this email within the first few minutes, please check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder. It's not uncommon for email providers to filter these automated emails out of your primary inbox. When this happens, you're unlikely to notice the email unless you go looking for it in one of these folders.
What If I Receive My Login Information But The Details Don't Work?
Whilst this isn't common, it can happen. Before we manually override and reset your details for you, please attempt logging in from a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave, etc.), or from an incognito / private browsing tab.
What If I Login But The Course I Purchased Isn't In There?
Again, this isn't common, but it can happen. If the program you purchased hasn't automatically been added to your account, please send proof of your purchase to our billing support team via email@example.com.
As soon as we've verified your purchase, we'll manually assign the program(s) you purchased to your account within 24hrs.
What If I Followed These Steps But I'm Still Experiencing Issues?
If you're still experiencing trouble logging in or accessing your program, please let us know as soon as you can. You can reach us via firstname.lastname@example.org or via the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of any of our web pages.
