When you sign up for our software (SWS App), we will automatically create your account
Immediately after you sign up, we will send you an email with your account details attached, and a link to the login page.
You’ll be able to log in via app.scalingwithsystems.com.
What if I don't receive my login information by email?
If you don't receive this email within the first few minutes, please check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder. It's not uncommon for email providers to filter these automated emails out of your primary inbox. When this happens, you're unlikely to notice the email unless you go looking for it in one of these folders.
What if I receive my login information but the details don't work?
Whilst this isn't common, it can happen. Before we manually override and reset your details for you, please attempt logging in from a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave etc.), or an incognito/private browsing tab.
What if I followed these steps but I'm still experiencing issues?
