Setting Up And Using Loom
Loom is an excellent way of elaborating on your support requests, as it allows you to record your screen and talk through the problem in real-time.
You can then share a handy link with our support agents and give them all the information and context they need, without needing to write lengthy emails or have lots of back-and-forth conversations.
Loom is free and easy to set up, and this guide will show you how.
First of all, you’ll need to create a free account at loom.com.
Once you have your free account, you’ll need to install the browser extension or desktop app, via loom.com/download.
With this installed, you’ll be prompted to sign in to your new account and grant access to your camera, and microphone and allow screen recording.
These are all permissions you’ll need to grant from within your computer settings or system preferences.
