How To Filter Appointments With Your Qualification Questions
In this article, you will learn how to effectively set up your workflow conditions to filter unqualified bookings and and only allow qualified bookings to remain on your calendar.
- Select "Automation" from the right-hand menu
Locate the "Booked Appointment Workflow" and click to open it. - Within the "Booked Appointment Workflow," find the "Are you qualified?" step and click on it to reveal the conditions.
- ProspectFlow utilizes an If/Else logic in its condition logic.
- The If/Else branches provide a way to handle different outcomes based on specific conditions.
These branches support up to 10 different outcomes per event. When multiple branches meet the conditions, the system will push the lead down the first correct path in the order the conditions were set up. - Creating an "And" condition: The "And" condition requires multiple criteria to be met simultaneously.
For example, if you want to ensure that a contact must be "running ads through Facebook", not have a "monthly recurring revenue of less than $5k" and "Agrees to show up to the call", you can use the And condition.
If any of the condition does not match the above, the condition will fail. - Creating an Or condition: In contrast to the And condition, an Or condition allows for multiple criteria to be met independently.
By separating the conditions and choosing the Or option, you can specify that if the contact meets at least one of the criteria, the condition should proceed.
- Choose the specific conditions that leads must meet to proceed with booking an appointment.
- In this case, if leads meet all the criteria of your ideal prospects, you want to keep the appointment. If they don't meet the criteria, you want to cancel the appointment.
- After selecting the desired conditions, click "Save" to save the qualification conditions.
- Make sure to review and double-check the conditions to ensure they accurately reflect your qualification criteria.
- Toggle on the workflow to activate it by clicking the "Draft - Publish" switch then click "Save".
