How To Create Email And SMS Templates In ProspectFlow

Templates are pre-designed layouts that you can use as a basis for your campaigns, allowing you to create consistent and reusable designs.

This article will guide you through how to create templates in ProspectFlow.

Here are the steps to create email templates in ProspectFlow:

Go to your ProspectFlow dashboard and click "Marketing" at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
From the tab at the top of the page, click "Email" then click "Templates" from the dropdown and this will show all the templates.

Click the "New" button at the top right corner and click on "Blank Template". Depending on your preference, you can choose to either use the drag-and-drop "Design Editor" or the feature-rich HTML "Code Editor".
Once you are done creating the template, click the "Save Template" button to save the template.

Here are the steps to create SMS templates in ProspectFlow:

From the "Marketing" tab click "Templates" from the top bar and you should see all the text message templates.
Click the "Add Template" button then click "Add Text Template" from the drop-down.
From the "Compose Text Template" module, enter the template's name and the SMS template's content.
Click the "Save" button when you are done to save the template.
